2. Nature of Services
Nova Property provides real estate consultation, property listing, brokerage, and assistance in buying and selling land or property. Since our services involve time, professional effort, and coordination between parties, refunds are subject to specific conditions.
3. Booking Amount & Advance Payments
Any token amount or booking advance paid directly between buyer and seller is governed by their mutual agreement.
Nova Property is not responsible for refund disputes arising directly between buyer and seller.
Clients are advised to clearly understand all terms before making any advance payment.
4. Service Charges / Consultation Fees
If any service charges or consultation fees are paid to Nova Property:
Fees once paid are generally non-refundable.
Refund may be considered only if the service has not yet been initiated.
Any approved refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.
5. Cancellation Policy
If a client cancels a service request:
Before service initiation: Partial or full refund may be considered.
After service work has started: No refund will be applicable.
The final decision regarding refund approval will be at the discretion of Nova Property management.
6. Transaction Failure
Nova Property does not guarantee the completion of property transactions. If a deal fails due to:
Buyer or seller withdrawal
Legal issues
Documentation problems
External circumstances
Service fees already earned for professional assistance will not be refunded.
7. Processing of Refund
If a refund is approved:
It will be processed via the original mode of payment.
Processing time may take 7–14 working days.
Transaction charges (if any) may be deducted.
